When and how did "Psymbolic Visual Communications" start and why?
It was a cold and windy night; we were on our way to the place that we never arrived. The conversation stopped us in our tracks. We had been fighting for the past years, fighting a full-on collaboration. So we agreed to slide the quarter into the machine, we watched our plastic egg slide into our grasp. Upon opening Psymbolic Visual Communications was born, a single entity of two emerged.

How would you describe the decorations, projections and art installation that you provide?
---Décor--({[stretched-fabric-metal-plexiglas-string-light-air-sculptures]})

Our décor tends to obtain many whimsical qualities while remaining edgy and precise in geometric space, both aspects lift and play off of each other, thus creating a contradictional balance of free-flowing structure. We use UV & ambient lighting to illuminate the air-sculptures in dark environments while slide projections are added to fill the outer borders and spaces at events and clubs.

Our visuals are composed of self-made video clips, various elements of graphic design including; photography, vector outlines, & 3D objects, which are composed and brought to life in various video-editing and vj programs. We use multiple live video camera inputs to capture individuals who step into the fully interactive environment, thus allowing the participant to sculpt the visuals with every movement, while being fully beat-synched to the music. It is comparable to being in between two mirrors of which iterate yourself as far as you can see, otherwise known as the barbershop effect.

What do you think this adds to the atmosphere at a party?
It's like looking through a telescope.

Who and what inspires you to come up with new art to add to your performances?
Everytime we get booked we get inspired by the specific event, the musicians performing, the attracted crowd, and the location.

Name two of your favorite artists.
Favorite artists are ever changing, but lately Robert Rauschenberg and Organix.
