Favorite stores to buy from either local or online?
I buy mostly online from chemical records, vinyl addiction, beatport, trackitdown...the list goes on and on depending on what I'm specifically looking for.
Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I hope to be living out my dream of traveling across the world and playing music for those that are as passionate about the music as I am . I would love to have several pressed releases under my belt by then. I would also love to collaborate with some of my greatest influences as a dj and a producer.
Where do you think Dallas is heading as far as breaks are concerned?
I feel like in the last year or two breaks have exploded on the Dallas scene in a huge way. I feel so lucky to be apart of bringing that sound to the fore front and exposing the newer generation of electronic music fans to this amazing genre. In 2005 and 2006, the amount of breaks headliners that have made their way through Dallas is astounding. With all of the sub genres of breaks beginning to catch fire, I feel like its only a matter of time before breaks hits the mainstream in a big way.
