Should Dance Safe come back to Dallas?

I was just thinking about how awesome being in DanceSafe in 2000 was but then I was thinking would there be any reason to have such a group now.

Would promoters even WANT a harm reduction booth at their events at all?

    Thoughts?

DanceSafe wasn't harm reduction. It was the place to go where you knew you could find the really good tabs. They were more trouble than they're worth, IMO.

Also, as a promoter, there's no way in hell I'm going to let some group scream about drugs right in the middle of my event. It'd be a quick way to admit all kinds of liability and get the party shut down.

Naturally if this is what they still are or what they've become then no, they don't need to be at events. But if they are truly in it/at the event for awareness and not for dealers to push their stuff, then they should be at the events.

In Lubbock, they were fine, info flyers, etc. Never saw them test any tabs though, but these weren't huge events by any means.
I'd really like to [verb] with you sometime. You have a/an [adjective] [body part].

Are you saying that you'd go to the dance safe booth to find where to get good tabs?

I really like what dance safe STILL does after all these years. It's important to know about what is going into those pressed pills. I know that Dance Safe DO NOT test pills at their booths (& it was super stressed to NEVER do that or a head could lose their chapter) but they did sell testing kits to raise money for the free information flyers they gave out. I really liked those old legal information cards as well.

Yet I was thinking the same thing, it is almost like a promoter is saying "yes there are drugs here" but it duh drugs are pretty much everywhere.

I'm just blown away with how LITTLE people know about the drugs they are putting in their body. I'll look at their face & they are like, "I'm on molly" and "I'll ask them what is molly..." and they really don't know. It's like I can put whatever in a clear capsule & sell it. Oh wait, ppl already do that.

I wish people weren't so stupid & that stupidity didn't cost their them their life. I wish that giving out information about what people are going to use anyways wasn't so taboo.

Ecstasy is safe, pure MDMA. It's pretty safe anyways, just eat them up everyone! I do.
