well considering that the US is only ONE of the worlds producers of Green House gases, i dont think that we should be the sole source of blame for this.
Consider that China is largely powered by coal. England is a major coal consumer, so is the former soviet union (mind you that there are large stretches of Russia that make love canal, the hudson river, and the appalacian coal slags look like yellowstone.)
to say that the US is the sole polluter of the world is naive and blame searching. if the worlds ecosystem is going to shit. then there is no one nation to focus on.
