Arvika is always a top notch festival, but they have had problems with police in recent years regarding the sound at night. In 2002, they had to shut off the "dance" systems at midnight and they might have had to do the same last year as well. But I think the lineup would still be worth it (were it not expensive to go to Sweden this time of year, even from other parts of Europe).
