I didn't know what the thread was about. I saw "Legal Help" and figured you were busted for possession or something. There really is next to nothing you can do. I have been fighting the same situation for three years now and it just is what it is. Documentation is the only suggestion I have for you. When enough piles up, it could become ammo.
