Sometimes I think this citys motto should be changed to "Dedicated to Making Liberals Look like Wackos"
If the problem is the cigarette butts, why don't they just enforce the littering laws? As a liberal, I find this kind of government intrusiveness the antithesis of the tolerence I thought liberals should stand for.
