There is a small utility called
Cool MP3 Splitter, and I happen to like it for splitting up small files. You can split at a certain section, or you can set markers, or what I usually do is split by time. Say something like 400 seconds will give you individual sections of 6 minutes something seconds. In my opinion, perfect for burning cd's with individual tracks for browsing.
