Any sequencer that can write a file directly to the hard drive should do the trick for you. A few are Cubase, Logic, & Ableton Live. If your not up for spending that much you can get smaller, scaled down versions of these I.E.
Micro Logic or Cubasis (probably less than $100) or mabye even use a demo.
These can also help you do some basic mastering stuff like normalization, etc.
You will have to cut up your new file and turn the slices into Mp3 seperately
as there is no live Mp3 recorder out yet that I am aware of.
