OK, first you have to record it to your computer as one long track, and as you mix mark the times where you want to split it. Use a stopwatch so you can get it down to the second(or you could just listen to it afterwards and decide where you want the track splits based on the sound of the mix, probably better IMO.)
Next you get a program that can split one large wav into a number of smaller ones. i.e:Sound Forge; Cool Edit; Vegas; etc.
Finally you take those smaller wavs and burn them to cd with ZERO PREGAP between tracks. This is very important so as to make sure you don't get those small pauses between the tracks.
