Job Description:
Level 1 support of Point of Sale application roll out. Typical day consists of inbound calls from field technicans who are installing equipment at the store level. Will work with technicans during install to ensure proper install. Will receive calls from internal employees to support roll-out.
Required Experience:
3 to 5 years helpdesk experience Application Call tracking software MS Office Suite.
