Yes sir. The city requries a permit for the amount of people that you expect...I think that's it, I don't believe they need one for the amplified sound. Permit cost is $110 with a $200 deposit that you get back assuming you don't burn the park down after raping and pillaging the other park patrons. We are planning on sacrificing a small child at the end of the event....they said they had no problem with it, so it's a go
