Yea my TWC DVR SUCKS ASS!
You can't record one show and watch another. You have to watch the show you are recording. That blows.
Otherwise, the lady in collections who was working on finding my $120 payment for September... was nice, but dumb as a box of rocks.
It turns out though that my bank mis-keyed my account number and thus my Sept. payment didn't make it to TWC.
