A lot of times people get dogs who cannot afford them, and who also cannot afford to care for them or give them the proper attention and/or love, causing the dog's demeanor to be all sorts of jacked up, resulting in the owner chaining them up and leaving them outside for most of their lives, because they don't give a fuck anymore.

It's sad.

It you don't have time for a dog, or money to care for it, don't fucking get one. Tell your kids NO. Dumbasses.
