as offensive as the noose is I fail to see how this is any different than Illinois Nazis (Illinois Nazis? I hate those guys.) marching in Skokie and displaying the swastika... the first amendment doesn't exist to protect popular speech...
a good ass kicking of this punk would have been a better response than federal charges
