i didn't make it up. the MALE graphic artist i hang out with, named a certain enclosed corner of the office this. he felt the girls that worked behind the glass were of a certain size & disposition that made the title feel right.

anytime we mentioned it, we never have to explain who we are talking about.

hippos are as hippos do.

they don't like me cause i'm free-range instead of caged like them. but i don't feed trolls & i could give a damn what they think of me. he thinks it would do me good to torment them. he just likes to watch when i get catty. its high entertainment to him. but those girls don't deserve one witty little comeback. they don't exist to me & it drives them friggin bonkers.
