I've actually got a blog journal I've been keeping on my myspace page for those who are interested.
It's taken about two years. Lost 30 lbs within the first 3 months, then only about 10 lbs over the next year and a half. Gained about 5 back over the last 6 months, then got hardcore and have lost 15 in less than a month.
Basketball every weekday for 1.5 hours. 20 mins of cardio right afterward. Lift weights twice a week (mon & thurs) and cut my caloric intake (still get to eat what I want, just not as much of it).
At this rate though, I'll be in my 220's easily by May and ready to show off my hard work come summer time.
