Do you get enough sleep? Do you monitor your heart-rate during the cardio?

As for me, I've dropped 2 sizes since December. From July to November, I went back and forth every couple weeks with what I'm guessing was about 10 -15 pounds. In December, I decided to get serious. I almost gave up after working my ass off 6 days a week for a month without results...I'm glad I didn't though cause from January to a week ago, I'm down 2 sizes. Pretty soon my ass might even be small enough for Juandingo to want me. hahahaha jk
