Do you feel like you have really lost weight, and kept it off? And in all areas like your abs? I love yoga, but I want to make sure I will be able to slim down and keep it off before committing to a year or 6 months membership at a yoga center. I would prefer a center versus a gym with a yoga class because I like the focus and ambience.
I have always done cardio, weight lifting, etc. for results. Any input is appreciated!
