It's kind of like what I experienced the first time I played golf. I used muscles and was sore in places that I didn't know could get sore. Power/bikram yoga is good for those who can't concentrate of their breathing as much since the temperature is high enough to where your breathing isn't the only thing responsible for being your inner furnace. I might have missed it but how often did you say that you did yoga, and what kind? Are you doing this by yourself or in a class environment?
Right now I have only been going 1-2 times a week. I was hardcore into working out but I have been big time slacking since Christmas.

It's a class enviroment at American Power Yoga, power yoga (obviously, lol). I have a fast metabolism, plus I'm a vegetarian so its a bit easier for me to keep weight off.

I love the mental and spiritual benefits. I have tried about 5 yoga centers in Dallas and this is the one I like the best so far. They also have the best cost, but you have to commit to 6 or 12 months for that price.

I feel my body working, and I push myself every time. Plus I end up just covered in sweat. The regulars I have seen there, which are more than just a few, look really awesome.

I just don't want to commit to that many months if in 3 months I will have gained weight. Once I commit I will go 3-4 times I week.
