That happened to a business owner I know. Plate glass is really expensive, and they tagged about 75ft of it across the front of one of his buildings. Stupid shit too, just writing their names over and over. For one reason or another, his insurance wouldn't cover it, so he was out $5,000 to replace the glass.
Luckily they caught those particular taggers last year. From what I heard, one of them was charged with 180 counts of vandalism, criminal mischief, and trespassing. It would have been more, but the prosecutor didn't want to deal with the paperwork.
I'm all about some graffiti art, but those kids are just little punk asses.
