Haven't done that with the Spurs yet nor do I intend to. I cheered for the Mavs to beat the Celts back during the season and that is about it as far as lending sympathies towards other teams achieving.
If my team of choice loses, I'll still watch the playoffs, but I won't pick a new team to champion.

It's not so much hurt the team's feelings as to wonder about your own loyalties and trust in a franchise. How Dallas people do it all the time with so much fail, I'll never know.
