I felt the same way when I did yoga classes when I was in high school, it was like yoga was a warm up instead of an actual workout. Then I found out how intense & how much work could be involved. One of my best friends took to a studio in Dallas & it was VERY difficult & I enjoyed it a lot. I have some DVDs for all different kinds of yoga, but I would have never looked into it further if my friend hasn't made me realize there is more to yoga than just stretching.
