Well, I didn't really phrase that right. I didn't mean for it to sound like I don't think yoga is hard. I know it's a workout and yes it does work your muscles. It's not just stretching. You are right.
I just have this personality where my workouts have to be really high energy. Holding poses and standing in one spot... although challenging... does not provide high enough energy to entertain me.
I also never really got the whole meditative part of yoga.
But if I had time and money to blow I would go to a couple of classes a week to stay limber.
