I didn't write about it not being active, just that you do "hold" poses & focus on breathing. I've never been one to want to work on my balance. I already commented on yoga being more than stretching.
I had a freaking 90 minute video which is vinyasa flow style. It's pretty intense

It was called Power Yoga, ha ha, I loved it when ppl would try to do it w/me & get all wore out. But yeah, the hardest thing for me - and still is - to just focus!
I've used the Living Yogo Am & PM videos for like EVER. They are only 20 minutes each, great for waking me up & winding me down. I think watching Rodney Yee every morning for a year, I got this Asian hottie obsession from watching him so much.
A man that can bend like that HAS be fun in bed!
