This is not a prospective consideration. Mugabe has already run the former breadbasket of Africa into the ground. The unemployment rate is running at around... ready..... 80%. He confiscated farms through coercion and distributed them to his cronies and family. They, mostly, ran off the farmers and the place is a disaster. It may well run into massive food shortages and worse.
