The MDC's already claiming victory, but the problem is, they didn't win 50% of the vote so it just keeps going...and going...and going.
Even if there's a new regime, you're right. Zimbabwe is such a shit hole that they need a minimum of 30 years to get to 1/2 of what they used to be.
