| Calmly go somewhere else and get a normal bike from normal people, in the meanwhile, get your fucking idiot target bike repaired (free) and then return it for your money back.
The manager should have been MUCH more cooperative than that, but, I guess they've had lawsuits with customers sueing over defective bikes so they really have to stick to that policy. That being said, they really need to make an adjustment and have an "exception" section to that policy.
