Damn, that is fucked up. It's like because of a policy, common sense gets tossesd out the window.
I guess there is something to be said for buying your bike at a real bike shop. They wouldn't pull that BS on you... EVER. I completely understand going to Target to buy a kids bike... makes sense... but damn.
