Take a bag of frozen ANYTHING out of the freezer and rest it on your legs and feet, a bag of frozen veggies works really well. Also, if you have a lot of milk to spare, use that. Or sprinkle flour or cornstarch all over them. If that's too messy for you, mix the flour with water, or the cornstarch with water, to make a paste, then rub it on the bites till it dries.

ANd remember, scratching them only makes it WORSE so you better stop doing that.
