Don't get me wrong... I'm glad the dude is dead because he's a piece of shit for beating the hell out of a toddler.
But how can a pair of police officers, who are trained in apprehending aggressors using non-lethal force unless their lives are in risk, say that there was no other option but to shoot an unarmed man dead?
