A servant is not fucking slavery. I dunno why people are confusing it. Slavery normally involves harsh treatment of the individual and they have no rights and are forced to do whatever work the owner sees fit.
Paying someone to be a nanny and clean your house is not slavery. Locking them up in a room and beating them is. Obviously a slave can fill a servant ROLE, but they are still a slave doing the job they are forced to do.
