I mean if you like eating lots of food (like me, all day, I like eating all day long, but in tiny portions) just make sure it's good stuff like seeds or carrots or salads or nuts or baked chips or fruit or something. Instead of two steaks with a side of butter, or a huge bag of chips, or a bag of chocolate dipped cookies, or a bowl of fat flavored pudding. Then once a week, you can reward yourself with a bad junk food meal. You have no idea what that does for your body. Instead of 3 junk food meals every day.... easy easy easy way to lose some pounds. Especially if you couple that with drinking ten glasses of water a day.
i don't eat JUNK food all day long lol.

but i'm not gonna eat seeds and carrots all day fucking long either lol.
