Well learn how to make your "meals" more "snack-like" and you'll lose that weight you want without running OR smoking crack. It's really easy. And quit drinking soda, soda makes your stomach feel less full, so then you end up eating more than you normally would, if you were drinking water.

I know you "don't want to" change your diet, but if you don't you'll just end up rolling around like a beanbag with feet sooner or later. You looked good in your early twenties, weight wise, but your body has changed and now you have to adjust with it. You can't eat the same way you used to. ANd working out (running), isn't going to do shit but get rid of your water weight, and you'll plateau, then get stuck. You'll see. Just take my word for it. Start eating different.
