I'm not seeing any problems from the AT&T route server, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're having issues. This site is apparently hosted off a Cogent connection(or someone in their downstream), which is one of the worst telcos on the planet imo. I wouldn't be surprised if Cogent's fucking things up.
