I have had gone thru some BS on domestic abuse charges. The law 99% of the time always sides with the woman. I had the po po come and nab me out of my house over the shit...
It ALL got dismissed when I presented FACTS AND PROOF of the incident.
I do like Russ' show. I am not defending or convicting him in the court of public opinion. Let the facts sort themselves out. Crazy shit happens in relationships... I ALSO had the fucking IRS on my ass and they put a fucking lien on my casa and slapped me with LARGE fines and penalties, that shit is FUCKING STRESSFUL. After due diligence and a kick ass CPA, the shit with the IRS was THEIR mistake, NOT mine, and after all was said and done, I actually got a pretty hefty return check. Not making excuses for Russ if the wigout is IRS related, just stating my exp with IRS... I lost many a nights sleep over that shit.
With both incidents, assault and IRS, you are pretty much guilty in the eyes of many and you have to PROVE your innocence with said institutions...
