that was the first thing i thought of when i heard this story break. i'm sure his lawyer said "no" to him being on the air at all until this gets cleared.
also, about a week or so ago, there was an interesting exchange between russ and jd. russ was hinting that he might become single soon. jd asked for details and russ said he couldn't say at the moment. "maybe in a week."
he left it at that. in a week, there was something happening that would make or break his relationship. the irs delivery?
