Shit, I cook like that all the time. I just have more time now that I am home.
Tonight I am making a twice cooked crispy citrus Sichuan style beef.
I grilled it last night for a minute or two on each side just to get the grill flavor, and I will wok fry it tonight. I have never maid it before, and I kinda just thought it up yesterday, because I couldn't find a recipe online.
So far, so good. I am slicing up the beef, and it tastes wonderful.
