Well obviously you see that you have a problem with how you treat your body.
Now is the part when you take action and control over yourself and make some changes. When you start to see and feel results, you will not care anymore about the things you think you are losing out on.
Not to mention, if you have a happy balance, you won't feel like you're missing out on ANYTHING.
If you party a lot, drink in moderation and have a healthy diet.
If you want to eat like shit, go ahead, but get more sleep and exercise some.
See what I mean? Don't fuck up every single aspect. It's give and take. Take from one area and it will give you another area to take from.
