My cousin was a meth addict for a LONG time - 10 plus years.
The effect that shit has on your brain and personality is amazing.
The has 5 children, 3 of which were taken away due to her drug usage.
She has the mentality of a teenager however she is almost 35. She is clean now and is trying to get her life in order but it seems almost impossible as she keeps getting into bad situations with her relationships. She does not have the know how to get out, get a job or to socialize normally.
I worry about her constantly and try to straight talk with her as much as I can get away with. It is hard because she is obviously jealous of the life I live. No children, in a nice place, with a nice man. I feel like she resents me.
