Getting rid of mine to make room for new one.
I've had them a while, and they are comfy, just getting a bit old now. Nothing special or fancy, a standard couch and loveseat.
My suggestion would be that these go a youngen. Like first apartment or dorm.
The couch springs squeak and it's couch cover should be replaced (because of a drunk friend spilling red wine on it), but the loveseat is in decent shape. No squeaking or red wine spills.
You gots to come get it. I live off Live Oak near Deep Ellum.
