I'm just trying to fix a buddies computer. I'm fairly sure its the chip because it wont post, but it will turn on, but wont turn the monitor on. (feel free to convince me its something else)

Anyway, I'm looking for a cheap new/used chip, possible locally. Anyone know where to shop?

not paying 90$ for a 3.2 P4, cheap 2.4 is ok.
