We keep troops in South Korea as hostages. There are enough there that if KJI invades we cannot stop him. However, he'll capture enough of our troops that our response will be swift, massive and decisive. He's looking to force another handout. His MO is tiresome and annoying. Obama may be better off telling him to go to hell and not bother talking to him at all. What's KJI's alternative? Invade? Even Obama could not refuse to destroy his regime if KJI invaded.
