What is it so difficult to understand that al-Qaeda kills more fellow Muslims than anyone else? You always love to parade the narrative that the West and Islam are at war, when in reality, fellow Muslims are also being murdered as well.

I gave you an answer... he's a lone and small voice whereas the calls for death to Israel etc as noted above are part and parcel of everyday life for millions of Arab Muslims and enshrined as state policy.
