Not many people can resist the sweetness of a cuddly little kitten—but the graceful, affectionate charms of an older cat should not be overlooked. To help promote the adoption of our older feline residents, the ASPCA is offering adopters the chance to bring home a cat, three years or older, for free!
"We have a wide range of adult cats, so whether you're looking for a playful older kitty or a snuggly lap cat, we'll find your purr-fect match," says Gail Buchwald, Senior Vice President of the ASPCA Adoption Center. "Plus, there are lots of benefits to adopting an older cat—they are easier to care for than rambunctious juveniles and accustomed to life in a home."
