I'm no fan of Palin but I believe that the whole damn country would treat the situation with more class if it were Obama's daughter and no, Letterman would not crack that joke about it. The hypocrisy is abound and not surprising.

Palin should brush it off though and not make more of it. That ain't the right thing to do for her daughter.
