I love cilantro. To me it's one of the things that makes or breaks a good salsa. My bunny loves it too. She goes nuts for it more than parsley and her entire head smells like it after she's been eating it. What's weird though is that in Greece they've got this stuff that looks exactly like cilantro but is the Greek version of celery. I mistakenly took it for cilantro when I bought it but she devours it just the same. She's getting spoiled to the greens over here.
