Side thought for future events: One thing I don't understand and never will... and this is not directed at you Jello or anyone in particular... but when it boils down to it, we were breaking numerous rules... and people challenging the authorities is not a good idea ever. Sure, there were rules that we either were not aware of or that were new or ignored in the past... but still. Act like an adult. Being an ass to a cop/ranger or even arguing with him is dumb. It's not going to get the results you want. In fact, those guys COULD have come in and REALLY started messing with us. They could have searched us or more.
A perfect example of this... At one point there was a guy (Amy knows him... I do not) who was walking around with a sign that had the number 40 written on it in sparkly letters and he was blatantly screaming things out about being 40 feet from a table. He wasn't being helpful. He was being obnoxious and screaming it so that the ranger could hear. I was getting very irritated with him and finally Amy told him that we would prefer to not give them any more reasons to mess with us, so he stopped. Stuff like this isn't going to help a situation. I wish people would think about that before going into their
'I hate fucking pigs' mode. Chances are that if they are messing with you, then you have given them a reason.
