I gotta reign my drinking in asap. This move has put us both on the verge of complete breakdown and I'm out of my sleep and anxiety medication, so I drink to be able to sleep. I don't even enjoy it I just know that I'll literally go nuts if I don't sleep. This month has just about covered the entire range of human emotion for me. I'm considering just putting drinking down for good after all of this.
