We need your contact information ASAP. Each performer will be able to bring in a guest unless otherwise authorized for more. We will need those names as well to put on our guest list, closer to the event.

Thanks, Part of the reason we are asking for all of this is to get contacts so we can send you contracts.

I hope this explains a little better, what we are doing currently.
